Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are payable by the customer and are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and packaging requirements of the artwork.
The applicable shipping charges will be communicated to the customer at the time of purchase/order confirmation.
Processing & Dispatch
Each artwork may require different preparation, finishing, packaging, and handling time. Therefore, the dispatch time may vary depending on the product and generally ranges from 5 to 20 days from the date of order confirmation/payment.
Custom or specially commissioned artworks may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to the customer separately.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the destination, shipping method, courier service, customs clearance (for international orders), and other factors beyond our control.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Such charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays
While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, customs procedures, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged Shipments
All artworks are carefully packed to ensure they reach you safely. In the unlikely event of any damage to the artwork during delivery, please record a clear unpacking video while opening the package and share it with us. A replacement or refund can only be considered with a valid unpacking video as proof of damage.
